Rover Dangerfield is a cartoon Basset Hound from the 1991 Warner Bros. film of the same name. It was voiced by the late comedian, Rodney Dangerfield. I have heard of this film 12 years ago. 11 years later, I watched it entirely. To be real, I love how I drew Rover in my style especially his expression. I'll allow him using a microphone and do some stand-up. That would make further sense.
