Full Description:
The DDRh-41 is the invention of Vsevolodovich Derzhavin a former soldier from the 52th Shock Army during Operation Silver Mammoth from 1938 to 1941 after his upper left shoulder was blown off by a New Order Privateer after the stock of his weapon (an AFG-40) broke because of the banging between the parts of the weapon.
During his stay in the hospital he noticed a problem that existed in most of the country's light automatic weapon industry, is that most of their light automatic weapons were either Semi-auto rifles configured to fire full auto or Submachine Guns chambered in rifle/carbine calibers which in the case of the Submachine Guns sometimes cannot support the and needless say about the semi auto carbines, needless to mention the partisan weapons, the only proper assault rifles that the military could use were foreign and weren’t chambered in Eglean ammo. Since the top of his shoulder was lost he could no longer serve in the army but he was issued as a worker in a workshop located on the Swerdian territories in Eglea away from the frontline where during his free time would work in creating an assault rifle for the Eglean Army and he submitted his assault rifle to the military officers and requested to test fire it, but since they were in desperation the prototypical DDRh alongside other attempts of assault rifles were immediately sent to the frontline all but one of the weapons performed poorly in the battlefield and the one that proved to work was Derzhavin‘s design so they called him to present their weapon properly and it was a weapon that was almost jam proof and it was a combination of firepower and fire rate  originally it was not very well received by the most conservative generals till the battle of Chernolavagrad in which thanks to the weapon’s capability of firing such a powerful round of 7.62x39mm at a rate of fire of 900rpm the Eglean reinforcements turned into smithereens the 12th South Army’s flank leaving them cut off from the frontline as well as hold off the various breakout and relief attempts to liberate the trapped 12th south army. The DDRh-41 was very well made that enemy soldiers used it instead of the SAV-EMN during the Eglean winters and some soldiers used this weapon when they were transferred to another front even allied troops used the DDRh-41. This weapon gave Derzhavin the motivation to continue with it’s work and as the war turned in their favor he changed the weapon so instead of stamped steel he would use alloy polymers to simplify production and also served as the keystone for many east Veirolpian assault rifles that would later be produced but still the DDRh-41 is still used in the different East Veirolpian militaries as a symbol of liberation against tyrannical oppression.
