random thought. do we ever see sapphires eyes? considering garnet has three eyes do you think it's possible that sapphire only has one? i've been pondering this for a while but what do you think?

I think that is most likely the case here I mean everything about garnet is an obvious thing we guessed she was a fusion BC we had hints to it and now we have guessed she has one eye BC of obvious clues that lead us to it!

i didnt guess she a fusion until i saw her slit into two gems when jasper tased her hahaha. but yeah i did notic hints when i went back and watched for them.
it was just something that came to me one day. but not all fusions have extra eyes (that we can see) like opal. so it could just be an effect of their love.
but as far as i remember we are never shown that she has any eyes let alone two. she could be psychic, giving garnet those awesome future visions!

It's absolutely Gorgeous! I love the way you handled the shading, and I especially adore the stars on Sapphire's dress, it makes her look so majestic and princess like, and the freckles on Ruby are adorable! You always produce wonderful work!

no but seriously kev this is beautiful. like wow, 3 days well spent i would say. the poses and positions are spot on and dont get me started on the colouring. ok i started, its so smooth and fits the picture with the subtle hints of light shading. bravo
i still need to watch the last 15 eps. woops

hahha thank you chunks i swear it was meant to be so much simpler than this but i just couldnt help myself tbh and this is just one Β concept that i had of like 5 sketches but thank you again!!
and yes yes you do need to bc then you wont understand the heartbreak of losing garnet and then getting her back better and stronger!!
