Working down the Generation 2 chain with Meganium! Chikorita was my starter in Pokemon Crystal, which was my first Johto game, so he has some special meaning I guess, though I eventually went on to experience Cyndaquil's awesomeness with my Gold and Silver versions. Totodile is great, but mine would frequently get his butt kicked by those abhorrent Bellsprout, so----yup----I made a Meganium

He isn't done in his entirety (I believe Meganium has some yellow in that flower adorning his neck, so I will need to add that) and I considering him a prototype. He was fun to make, and actually quite simple. I say the only issue (other than the flower, because I suck at those) was maybe the head. I wanted the mouth to actually look like one without having to embroider it. To get my end result, I ended up having to leave a hole in his head as if it were a baby booty or something and crochet the roof of his mouth. It didn't turn out too horrible, I think. The antennas are able to be posed, being made of wire and all. I will have to figure a new method of doing them, because while this one gets the job done, I am not too fond of the way they look. Oh, and while my "brilliant" photography skills may not have captured it, he does, in fact, have a tail

My brother has claim to this guy, but if anyone wants me to tackle another one, I am willing to give it a shot
