Description The way I did clouds before sucked so this was mainly some cloud practice.. tried a new style and happy with it! I actually spent time on these.. ^v^ then stuck Lugia infront of them.

It's not a tool, just draw something on a new layer (the Lugia is on the top layer here and the clouds are on the bottom), then on the Layers panel, just find Opacity and lower it :>

Looks like you're getting much better at them, but why the Lugia if you were just practicing the clouds themselves? You could of just put it in scraps.

Good looking thing. I haven't spotted much difference in the clouds, but then editing small details does make a big difference in the long run. The Ghost Lugia's quite good looking also.
