This little girl I have drawn is from the 1981 anime The Swiss Family Robinson: Flone of the Mysterious Island.
She is Flone Robinson. Rebecca or Becca (English dub). As the story goes. She and her family were stranded in an island. Story is based from the 1812 novel written by Johann David Wyss.
