Description
Decided to try rework the Kutamaya after seeing a version where the Sun was inescutcheon instead of the oval.

I changed the shield design to a rounded, heater-type one, and used the standardised colours for the National Flag. Added a crown on top to reflect popular sovereignty and retained the Sun's human face. As for the Spanish Lion, I gave it the Spanish royal crown, while since the United States is a republic, I decided the Eagle's equivalent of a crown would be the Thirteen-mullet Starburst it has for a crest as in the American Seal.

Got the images from official government images of arms that can be found on Wikipedia. Elements are from the Philippine and United States Arms, while the crown is from the Spanish arms. Shield shape is based off the arms of Tallinn, Estonia, and the face of the Sun is from a Katipunero revolutionary flag.
