What are your thoughts on Lucy Van Pelt from Peanuts?

Asking me what I think of Lucy is like asking how long it takes to make a movie. It varies depending on her moments.

She can have great moments like those moments where Snoopy either licks or literally kisses her and she would react in disgust. And also her moments where she is talking about love to Schroeder, even kissing him on one occasion, making him react the same was she does when Snoopy does the same to her. Lucy even has a catchy song about her own version of "Simon Says" called "Lucy Says". And she does have a soft spot for her youngest brother Rerun.

However, there are her bad moments, like the football gag whenever she pulls the football away from Charlie Brown before he could even kick it, and she even made her football team lose an important game, and hypocritically blaming Charlie Brown on their team's loss. What? Did Peppermint Patty not see Lucy pull the football away from Charlie Brown? And also, Lucy acts like a brat towards her younger brother Linus about his security blanket.
