Personality traits: Devon is a happy go lucky type of character even though he has the worse luck imaginable. He's snarky and sarcastic a lot of the time but is serious when he needs to be. He does have very good intentions but most of those end up exploding in his face. He doesn't know anything about his past, just woke up one day. He does have very weird dreams about flying.

Skills: He's high perception allows him to notice small things, which can help him tell when a person is lying. He also knows how to pilot a vertibird, he doesn't know how he knows, he just knows.
