After all this time I finally did a "Tangled" fan art. Funny it took so long for me to get around to it cause I love "Tangled". I guess I felt I wasn't ready to tackle it at the time.Her hair was so much fun to do. I hope I made it shiny enough.
Flynn is my favorite, but I already had an idea for Rapunzel so I went with it.
I hope you all enjoy it.

Her hair is gloriously shiny! I love the bright greens you've used for the bushes on the windowsil, they're really eye catching, I think they bring out Rapunzel's eyes too.

Surprisingly the window was the hardest part (buildings why you so hard ), but I learned a lot of valuable lessons painting it that I've been finding helpful ever since.

Well, to be honest I'm not very good with colors and this took a long time to do.
I guess the only tips I feel entitled to give is practice, experiment and look up tutorials and other references to learn stuff from. I hope this is helpful in some way.
