I originally created this piece because I didn't think it was fair that female twi'leks are always so hot, while the males usually look like Bib Fortuna or Orn Free Taa. Males get a charisma bonus in the RPG too, so why shouldn't they look like it? Of course, since then I've seen plenty of good-looking twi'lek males floating around DA (I'm looking at you, Kaernen), so it's not as revolutionary as when I first drew this.For the background, I was trying to imagine what some of the underground cities on Ryloth might look like. I don't follow the EU that much, so I'm not sure if they've already been depicted.
This character isn't really anyone specific. Maybe a future love interest for Narruna?

This is cool as far as the male twileks go cause there isn't many of them out there. I thought all the males have those chin tassles like Bib Fortuna but I've seen it drawn several different ways, or it could just be the fat ones.

I looked up pics of Twi'lek because i had just recently made my own original character and I wanted to get a better association with how to draw them, but now all I can picture is Tjak and this guy getting into a fight.

I adore it! For real, more hot twi'lek dudes! I'm so sad that the women are always depicted as being very attractive, then the males are usually hard on the eyes, to say the least. Yet they, as a race, are supposed to be good-looking and charismatic! Huzzah for tasty twi'lek males!

I like the powerful male twilek concept. But i still love Fortuna and Taa.
Another powerful twilek is Boc from Jedi Knight Dark Forces II. He's Jerec's top Dark Jedi and he has two purple lightsabers.

whats up so ive got a story some of the guys I know is wondering why there are no attractive twi'lek or other alien species that they can look up to (or something, there weird) so when I showed them this they said one isn't enough so I ask you if you could make a Iktotchi or Zabrak one

Well, he's definitely earned his Charisma bonus. Because yes, with a body like that, you absolutely should go around shirtless. You mustn't let your natural gifts go to waste.
I think what really cracks me up about this picture is the look he's giving the viewer. It's a, "Yes, indeed I *am* aware that I have a bonus to my Charisma."
I followed your comment thread over on SWAG. I'm commenting here because I don't have an account there, and I'm not quite sure how to properly navigate that site or its etiquette, so here I am. But over there a brief discussion had been kicked up about perceptions of attractiveness that I thought was very interesting. It's definitely true that much of what we consider 'attractive' has to do with social construct rather than immediate instinct. But at the same time, there's an instinctive element that can't be overlooked. As you said, this fellow has a strong human element to him, which does immediately make him more accessible, more immediately recognizable as it were.
I thought the tactic which someone on your SWAG page mentioned, about providing equivalent images (I'm thinking of the Wookiee vs pinup example) to get the point across. But I have to admit, there's also a lot to be said for the job done by pictures like this one - look, you don't need to imagine, you just need to see for yourself. 
Anyway, enough with that - onto the image itself. I really like the work you do with lighting in all your pictures. The highlights on the muscles are of course great, but I think what I like best here is the effect created by the red and blue lights in the surrounding architecture. Certainly does make me wander just what sort of place this guy is wandering around shirtless in.

Good! Thank you for a at-least-sorta-hot male Twi'lek! (I think the problem with the males is that their foreheads are so wierd in the movies, not really smooth like in this picture...) Anyway, his pants look a bit uncomfortable, but great concept and art anyway.
