It really looks like the kind of thing that can only be done at 3 AM, as if 3 Am has something magical to it, which day really it at 3 AM? Yesterday? Tomorrow?
And that's exactly what this picture seems to be asking, am I yesterday? Tomorrow? It looks leike the kind of place where you get lost without being lost. Where you get lost just because you want to. Some places are explored the best by getting lost.

And this didn't make sense, I don't know if I got my point across. I just... I like it.

its a nice artwork, Hooray for three in the morning!
It got a nice futuristic dystopian feel to it, especially the rain effect. But i lik the giant city tower block things in the background.
a nice work

This looks really realistic when shrunken or viewed from a distance, which means you did a fabulous job on the highlights and shading.

Well thanks a lot dude. To answer your questions: I just drew them in a different color, it kinda went automatic

nah I didnt plan anything, it just kinda developed itself. All i did was let my hand move move around with the wacom pen, without thinking about it at all...its weird how that works

Another stunning picture you drew there ....

Just one question:
This ... "fading in the background" effect. How did you bring it to life? Did you erase the buildings to make them vanish, or simply drew them in a lighter color.

And was that kind of (very interesting!) perspective planned from the beginning? Or did it develop itself?

Don't want to bug you ... I'm just interested ...

Believe me ... another month or so and you're big on Da, believe me.
Your skills are just incredible.

Have a nice day
