Actually, no, because I can see how this is Famine, even though his eye sockets are empty in the game. Since Pestilence has a much more... "dank" and "wet flesh" look than this more "dried and rotten" appearance.
Though if you tell me it really is supposed to ve Pestilence, I'll believe you but will have to tell you I agree a lot less with the result
