Really well done. At first I didn't think the picture was photo manipulated at all but after looking at the photos you used I could see how you put it together. I also like how you've tweaked everything- specifically the model, so that it's not exactly a cut and paste job.
I have to say that I am impressed. The idea behind photo manipulation is that the viewer cannot see the magic and you did that very well.

That aside, I have to say that I like the ethereal feel of this image. Your choice of color works well the mood that you're trying to convey. Lastly, I like your good use of a diagonal in your composition. The eye will start at with the bird cage and move up to the model, then to the dove. Lastly it will hit the stairs and follow them. At the same time the stairs will also draw the eye back down since stairs tend to be two-way things. So in reality, it really doesn't matter where your eye lands it will keep coming back to the model and the bird.

All in all, ^^ good job!
