It's way better in facial expression and movement. It has that "cruel" look on his face, like "Uhm...hm..yeah, it's crap, just like I thouhgt.. Next!"
But I think you should use more vibrant colour gradient (like the saturated red on the original one.) Your's is just a little bit too dark.

The reason i used this color is that admins wanted me to, first it was lime green, but they wanted something darker and less saturated..
