Maloker from the Buffy comic series, the Old One who was responsible for the first Vampires, likely the Turok-Han seen in Season 7 as they were comparable to Vampires as Neanderthals were to modern humans.

Maloker turned Simone into a Vampire and she was starting to develop characteristics very similar to Turok-Han, I wonder if she was in the process of changing into one? She was never referred to as such but I'm not sure if Maloker could make normal Vamps.
