its not a cursor FX theme...its a .zip...Is there any way to get it to work with CFX?

It's a CursorXPand it works with CursorFX too

It's the same as CursorFX, just double click it and open it with CursorFX, it'll work the same, it should load it automatically

DL'ing from DA gives me a file that won't open with>CursorFX...but going to WC and DL'ing it worked well!

Yeah you're right, I upload it as a .curxptheme, but DA changes it to .zip for a strange reason... weird hehe
