Just a small minecraft castle I made on 2-3 evenings.Later on I might create a real town down in the plains, so I wanted to catch a screenshot as long as it is still "wild"^^
I used TMEs Shader Mod and the Conquest texture pack.

Yes, to be honest I worked for 3-4 months on my minecraft project before my pc crashed... at least I have it saved on a pen drive. The only bad is that I worked alone, Moenchii never was able to join my server and I don't know why...

Hmmm... Yes, I really know how to do. With that pillars, greek roof, roman archs, I know how to do one, but... I never tried on minecraft, just on paper.

It's on real scale (1 block - 1 meter) that's why it's not so detailed like yours...
About Merberg, I never tried to built. But just by looking at some pictures and using the same texture pack... I can make something similar. I'm good at copying.

To be honest, I was really thinking he would attack something involving christian or knights. Because, if he is a troll, and put a islam moon on his avatar... he would obviously attack that.

Quite incredible, actually. Love how you've done the steps to the entrance, and every thing from the battlements to the roofs look amazing. Nice amount of detail with the woodwork and castle walls too! The indents make it look all the more rugged. What resource pack were you using for this?

I paid attention to make it realistic, making a way up, then a wall section,
then a way behind the castle in a curve (you canΒ΄t see it on the pic),
then an inner court and a bit heigher the main hall.
It was the conquest texture pack, itΒ΄s definitly my favourite
And with optifine the stones of the wall kinda "merge" better.

Well again, you've done a stand-up job. And oh, Conquest! I used to use that pack all the time, back when I played (interest puttered out around 1.8). I thought it looked familiar...
