Just a quick sketch of Ratchet that I did while waiting in my car for my sister to get out of school. Don't worry, his optics haven't disappeared...they're supposed to be closed XD (*ignores that fact that in the old series, TF's optics didn't close at all*)Ratchet (c) Hasbro

Clearly his smiling means something bad (but highly entertaining) is about to happen. His bot symbol has a "WTF?" face. xDDD

XD It's so funny, because I kind of think that the whole Psycho Medic thing is more fan-based than canon-based. Because I never once saw him go nuts in G1. He always came across as...rather calm and cheerful, actually.

I think it was to, even though I was recently introduced to the transformer universe, and only saw a few episodes of G1, he does seem rather calm that crazy insane. And his calmness is th reason why he's my favorite Autobot, even though I chose Decepticon. Nice to meet you by the way, I just joined a week ago.

If anything, you should just watch all of G1 for the lulz and to see where the story originates from. It's rather hysterical. XD And I'm such a sucker for the good guys, so I usually default to Autobot.

Yea, but its kinda hard to find the original episodes in order, but I guess I have to find alot of history from Google. I've always gone with the good guys though, but finally decided evil was better...I CAN KILL!! lol jk.

Ahh, a smiling Ratch ^^ Nice to see that once in a while, as a counterpart to Ratchet the Hatchet.
There are some moments when the TFs blink/close their optics. I remember a part when Optimus squeezed his optics shut because of smoke (

Obviously I'm just not observant then *shrugs* Someone else pointed out a few instances to me that I had completely forgotten. *blinks optics in puzzlement* looks like I'll have to adjust my comment XD
It's funny, but one thing I did notice is that Ratchet smiled quite a bit in the cartoon. Not much wrench-throwing, but he did look pretty happy every so often
