"Ten years ago, Zlata and her old Hellhound Bodyguard Pops, left their old job at Ozzie's to start their own Detective/Security for Hire Agency "Devil in the Details P.I" and the future was looking bright. But Pops was aware that he couldn't be Zlata's main enforcer forever, he was already in his 40s so he suggested they adopt a younger Hellhound thta he could train to take his place in the Agency, and Zlata agreed. While browsing one of the Hellhound Orphanages, Zlata spotted a quiet and shy looking pup by the name of Meagan and her interest piqued. She was told while Meagan wasn't as aggressive as some of the other Orphans, due to her size she was rarely picked on, even putting some bullies in their place when they tried their luck with her. This news impressed Pops who saw potential in Meagan, while Zlata was more compassionate and could tell the pup was lonley, especially when she brushed her hair bangs from her eyes. Zlata adopted Meagan on that day, but she made it clear to Pops that she wasn't going to be "Just his future Replacement" but will be Zlata's daughter and they will be her family."

Been wanting to have an image inspired by Blitz'O's own photo of his adoption of Loona for a while but I wanted to wait until I gotten designs for a younger Zlata, Meagan and a design for Pops. AksiRadik the original artist for Zlata and Meagan did a wonderful job depicting them starting their family, Zlata looks so pretty and Meagan looks adorable. Also if you're worried about Pop's attitude in that little story dump, don't be, he softens up and acts like a proper father figure for Meagan (but that doesn't mean he and Zlata are an item).
