yeah its watercolor. watercolor and colored pencils are my favorite methods of coloring.

yeah i used a slightly wet brush and sort of scrubbed it around light i some places and then dark in others. then it wet the brush more the spread it more evenly.
this is really hard to explain online i wish i could just show u i person. how i helped u a little bit.
