I've never seen nipples that perk upwards at a severe angle before...
The shape of the breasts I don't have that much of a problem with because hey, comic fantasy stuff you are allowed to do that sort of thing as an artistic license, but it's not quite as egregious as this other stuff I saw floating around dA where they draw fembot sort of looking characters where the nipples are these tube/rifle barrel type cannon things.
And to the artist's credit, they didn't do that whole huge yet gravity defying hover-beachball/melons o' doom thing so common amongst adolescent male fantasy these days 
The shading and use of color is pretty nice too, so I won't knock that. I am, however, having a really hard time getting over the skyward deathnipples.
Maybe those aren't the character's true nipples and it's just the detail to a schumacker batsuit gone horrible wrong (or possibly right)?
