I really do love her design. She has aspects of cute, tough, and haunting that all meld together perfectly to create a very memorable picture and character. Your art style furthers this by being neither too smooth nor to coarse, but instead having a nice balance of the two. It creates a little bit of a phantasmal feel that might not have been intentional but really, really looks good with this character. You just earned yourself a watch lady.
