I get that question alot, actually. Suffice to say, I have no real answer.

It's just that the game kind of portrays him as so. I mean Francis is the force, Zoey is the brains (due to her experience with watching horror movies), and Bill is the tactics. Louis just kind of comes off as the average 'joe', and seems to be the innocent one, always saying cheerful things to keep the group positive. Yet he's jumpy and quick to flee during the more horrific moments (i.e. during the opening movie when the hordes of zombies surround them, he starts shouting 'Run..or shoot? Run or shoot!?!' while backing away, obviously showing his more panicy side).

Yea he seems that that he is trying to hold on to dear life as he knows it.
I Looked in the L4D sounds for Louis Mostly he trys to cheer people up.
But Next Time Make Him Look Bad Ass.

He's supposed to be running like a scaredy cat, cuz I've always pictured Louis to be the easily scared survivor.
