Description
A non-canonical variant portrayal of a kzinti warrior, specifically a "war mind" or a warrior-telepath, in tactical armor that arose from a set of hypotheticals about their evolution post conflict with man. War minds ritualistically dock their tails and crop their ears, resulting in a strangely sleek appearance that reflects their intellectual leanings and tendencies toward mental power rather than purely physical prowess. While not inducted into the now defunct cults of old, war minds are groomed from youth to fill exceptionally difficult roles as elite units, being both soldier and psychic. Having also adapted, really stolen, some relics and concepts from their enemy of old that is humanity, as seen in their armor and weapons, kzinti war minds are among the pinnacle of their race's physical and mental ability.

Uniquely, whereas most kzinti are content to war conventionally as time has shown again and again, war minds are inclined to use their strong telepathic influence to alter the perceptions of creatures around them, going so far as to erase memories of their existence, render themselves "invisible" in the minds of observers, psionically dominate beings of lesser will, and see into the immediate near future. Owing to this, a war mind is an alarming threat, capable of action and reaction without delay and even at a distance.
