This is my second korrasami fanart, wanted to do something simple but still cute and romantic I guess. I created a whole modern AU in my head with them and this was something they would do. I thought about writing some fanfic but I am a terrible writer, but never know I guess. Maybe when I want a break from drawing I can write.

I had a lot of trouble doing clean lines in this piece because I still hadn't figured out my pen sensitivity and silly me attempted to draw straight lines by hand. Forgot that there are easier ways lol. This is the first time I have attempted modern clothing on existing characters, unfortunately I don't have that much clue when it comes to female fashion. I am the jeans and t-shirt kind of girl so that kind of shows lol (promise I'm working on it). I do try keep with the character's personality, Korra's clothes would be more relaxed, simple and practical, and Asami's would be more feminine and sophisticated but still practical, in the sense that if she needed to round house kick you in the face she could. Again I had the most mental time drawing Asami's hair in the wind. I had to redraw it SO MANY TIMES because something always felt off, eventually I settled on this one because I just can't, no more please. I didn't realise I was going to loose detail I put into her hair because it was going to be a dark colour anyway -_-; It was also an absolute pain in the rear to get Korra's legs in the right position to meet the pedals! I think it's still too close together but changing it kept throwing my proportions out and again I didn't want this to take any more time before I run out of steam. Sorry for the lame background, I honestly didn't think about it much, just wanted it to set the tone mostly.

The one I uploaded on Tumblr doesn't have the blush on Korra's cheeks, because I forgot to put them in. I thought about adding on Asami too but felt she's a more cool, calm kind of person who doesn't get so nervous and would take a bit more to get her to blush
