Description I have recently returned from one of my many famous adventures to far off and fantastical lands! In this land I found a creature that was so beautiful and regal. This creature doesn't exist anywhere else. It is known as the Dragon Vulpine! A cute little fox creature with scales in various place and a soft scaled underbelly. When I was there I saw them running in many packs, almost like wolves. They have tiny wings on their backs but many are never able to use them except for the alpha pair. These creatures come in almost every color you can imagine!

I wanted to bring back a part of them for everyone to enjoy but I couldn't imagine killing any of them! So instead I set down and sketched them as they played during the day and came up with a brilliant idea! Why not create an original pattern that looked just like their tail! And here it is!

The small Dragon Vulpine tail is approximately 14-15" long from the top of the scales to the tip of the fluffed tail. This is an autumn color variation. The Fur is autumn variagated colors that became this beautiful mix. The scales are a beautiful olive green. The tuft at the base is Aran white. The scales at the top are a dragon scale stitch and the base below the yarn "fur" is completely crochet based. The inside is stuffed with polyfiber fill and is very solid but with the "fur" makes for an overall luxurious and soft feel. The belt attachment is called Heather Gray and is sewn into the top with a golden button accent.

This would make an excellent addition to any costume or collector. You could use it for a renaissance costume instead of traditional fox tails as accents to express your love for the fantastical and to be different then everyone else that has a fox tail or you can use them to accent any other costume such as fae styled costumes. The costuming possibilities are endless!

The best part about this tail is the perfect choice for people that shy away from pelts even obtained in humane fashions or those who have allergies to fur!

If this color isn't for you feel free to converse me!

I am afraid I do not. These are my first original design and I am just not ready to sell the patterns yet.

I use a small generic cat wire brush. Brush the long yarn pieces until they are fuzzy and nothing else is coming out in your brush. Havn't had any of the long pieces break on me; however, if you brush the crochet base to make it fuzzy and get too aggressive they become thin and unravel. No problems with the long pieces though cause they arn't actually holding anything together.

The yarn used in all of it is acrylic yarn and the filling is polyfiber.
