Well im doing a live action Fan Film for Static Shock and some titans will be making an appearance and like Kid flash or impulse and a few others, But as we all know in real life lots of these superhero outfits look sily if u get a dead on re make of the cartoon or comic version. So my idea is for realism mostly go with the same type of color in more cloths and add the symbol. But this picture gave me a cool idea for their first appearance in a reveal scene, Have the 2 in the foreground of the shot barely visible, then cut to a close up of them back to back listening to music, they both take their head phones off and like kf says should we help him? Dick says we are just hear to observe but if it looks like he can't handle it i guess we won't have a choice. When we see Static get hit or hurt they decide its time to intervene and as we see them go to help b4 the run to statics aid we see the symbols on thier shirts, Kf puts on his goggles and speeds off. Dick puts on a hood but grabs a retractable staff from his belt and they go help static.
