Description This was another palette challenge from Tumblr, and one that was pretty fun to do. Leia's hair is based half on her look from the end of A New Hope and half on Padme's Tatooine look from The Phantom Menace

"Wait, so you are encouraging Wedge and me to go make trouble with the Mon Calamari?" Luke asked, not quite believing what he was hearing.
"This particular sub-culture places great value on the lessons learned in impetuous youth," Leia explained with an only slightly exasperated smile. "They consider it grossly unhealthy for sentient beings of our age to be too staid and calm, now *I* have to be on my best behavior for the rest of the delegates so you-"
"Have to make trouble for the both of us!" Luke said nodding eagerly. "Leave it to me Sis! Wedge and I will go out and do the Skywalker and the Organa names proud!"
"I don't doubt it," Leia said with a small (not envious nope) sigh as Luke practically skipped out of the room. "I really don't doubt it."

It turned out to be a disaster of epic proportions, most notably because it turned out that Lando was quite allergic to certain Mon Calamari vegetables. Which Luke hadn't known at the time.
The incident ended up involving an emergency steroid shot, an inflating fish with a nasty temperament, two carts of ice, a trigger happy guard, and a package delivery drone.

Before the delegates left the planet, they were presented with a beautifully done painting commemorating the incident by their hosts, who -- while offering condolences for General Calrissian feeling poorly -- had found the whole affair to be very amusing.
Leia would keep the painting as blackmail for a long time.

The species name makes me laugh though. I'm surprised they don't look more squidlike

That is a little odd, I'll admit "Mon Calamari" but they look more like crabs.
