I was reading about Doom's protagonist on Google, because I was curious about his identity. At some point I read about various versions about him and the fact that Romero says that Doom guy is just you. But it don't satisfy me,but then I read about the possibility he's B.J. Blazcowicz III and I start to drawing... ΒRelated content

'That face' is what the Doomslayer's face looks like in Doom 2016, normally you can't see very much of it except in the Praetor armor mod/upgrade screen where he's breathing and seething in the background while you decide what to spend the tokens on. Might not be canonically his actual face since you aren't ever supposed to see all of it, just a very vague glimpse, and so it might just be more of a placeholder.

You did a good job :3 The face they have ingame looks kinda offputting to what he's supposed to be when seen without the helmet, which is why I assume and kinda hope that's not what he's "really" supposed to look like since you only see a glimpse of ghostly illuminated parts of a face and his eyes. He doesn't look angry enough or that he could pull off an angry enough look imo without the helmet atleast based on that picture he posted above.
In the OP, he kinda looks like something Rammstein-esque

As cool as this is I prefer your original take on the character. Even if it was mentioned at one point that he might hbe a descendant of Blazko.
Him being his own guy instead of just Blazko 2.0 was a step in the right direction. Though I would not mind it if you took the scars from this design and incorporated them onto this one. ardathlilitu.deviantart.com/arβ¦ That would be something else.Β

I was reading that id Software would connect the charaters, so I wondered how he looks like with Blazko's genes. I think too he needs another story and his own background, but maybe it could be interesting to see the descentant go on with Blazkowicz curse
