it leads to a place where two become one. we want to go there, but we're afraid. afraid of losing, afraid of loving, afraid of things we can't name or describe. there are also the things left unsaid because the words aren't there. so acts of tenderness and more fill the gaps. only in the presence of the other half does everything seem to crystallize though perhaps I'm romantic or something similar when it comes to love.
