I love how messy and scribbly it is, yet I can still tell what everything's supposed to be! 8D

Thanks I really appreciate your observation.

I was inspired by the fantasy artist John Howe after reading his book. He mentioned that often times unfinished artwork seems more interesting than finished work, also that he tends to let his pencil wander when he draws ending up with something completely different than he imagined.


Those two things stuck to me and I've been sketching like this ever since.
