I love to see Poser models put to good use and Photoshopped over like this. Applying textures and pre-made outfits in the 3-D software just... makes everything look so plastic. This piece is rather Royo-esque, but refreshingly different, as well. I'm rather fond of the color scheme, and her musculature is perfect - not an easy task with Poser.

Working with poser is pretty difficult, as you said it can easilly turn out to be plastic, I just wanted a simple organic feel to the image that became a complex organic feel hehehe
