"Athena" is a permanently disabled Peregrine Falcon residing with Horizon Wings [link] - a raptor rehab facility in Connecticut. She is part of their education program and teaches people about the beauty and speed of the fastest animal on earth as well as the perils many of these raptors face in the wild.
