Here is my latest piece!! I must say, I'm totally and 100% happy with this one. I guess that's kinda a first for me... lol.The original lines were created by the amazing Nekoiichi . You should totally check them out. Once again, I'm only responsible for the color added.
Hmm... can't say I really did anything different here than what I normally do. Asside from the brush packs listed, I use the default round brushes (both solid and soft), and a lazer mouse. Yeah... I'm that boring! ^_^'
Venus has always been one of my all-time favorite senshi! I love how she's the shining light in the group, and that she was able to start her senshi training WAY before the others. It's a shame we didn't get to see more of her and Ace before he died.... *sad face*
Anyway!! I hope you all enjoy the picture! It was so much fun to color. I added extra sparkle to this one, too!

Nice artwork! I made up a parody of this one making a character of mine making a Sailor Venus Cosplay.
My character has big and well developed muscles, this detail made my artwork even funnier.

did you use a wacom? with wich soft did you paint it?

Nope. Since I do a lot of these at work, I am limited to a basic laser mouse.
And I usually use a basic round soft brush. It's a default in Photoshop.

If you have a fairly steady hand (which I usually don't lol) it's easier. I learnt that zooming in and out a lot, and using the magnetic lasso tool can help to create basic shapes. Then you just fine tune with brushes.
At least that's my method. I'm sure there are TONS of others.
