IMO it's good, the proportions look correct.
The only point that disturbs me is the position of the right hand, above the head: I would say that the hand should be with the thumb turned down. But that's just my opinion

Yeah that disturbed me as well... I didn't really know how to place that hand despite the fact that I knew what I wanted to draw... and it didn't turn out fine even now that I copied my own hand... guess the position of that hand would look uncomfortable either way
