It's very well done. I agree with Esvandetta, though. The face should not be as sharp, and girls usually have a thinner neck than the males do. Otherwise it is well made

^___^ YAY first female! Okay... I can tell you've been drawing males a LOT long than you have female, so let's just cut to the chase.
Her hair looks fine! Don't worry about it. You do need to, however, work on her facial structure... she's feminine, so don't get so sharp in the angles. Try to think smooth and curvy, that's an essential for a woman.
Her mouth is also too small and too high... I thought something looked off there... that was it. Her eyes are very pretty (very sensual and captivating), but her left one is just a little bit too high... I can understand how you did ( it was an accident because you were drawing the hair at the same time)... it's alright, just lower it a bit and make it even if with other. This is a one-time mistake, so don't think about it too much.
If you find problems like this happening regularly, make sure to set aside your work for a couple hours (at least) before inking and publishing. That way, you're mind will be fresh and you will see flaws you wouldn't see beforehand...
Her chest is looking okay.... except her collar bone is a bit off... maybe it's curved a bit too low? I'm not quite sure what's wrong myself... it just feels off to me. I dunno. I might be full of shit there.
This is the biggest problem in it: her waist. 1. She's anorexic. A tone stomach does NOT look like that on a real girl... never. 2. her navel is too low. if you need a measurement source. Take the width of her face and measure it vertical from her nipples... that's the distance...
Another one to know... the waist is NEVER thinner than the head. I tested this one out myself and measured my sister's waist and head circumference (my sister is very tiny, thin girl). Her head was 2" thicker than her waist. Use that as reference.
Something you might not know (but I can't really tell here) the waist is rather shaped like a K. It does that weird kink when you see from in 3/4 like this. The kink is stronger or weaker depending on how curvy she is. This is because the hips (usually the widest part of a woman's body as from her chest) are not even 2 inches under the waist. The change is very drastic, yet smooth and elegant at the same time.
What can I say: women's bodies are a enigmatic as their minds.
