I won't deny it, this artwork is very good.
But it also suffers from an issue I constantly see with art of this level, which is having one part being detailed and refined (in this case the face and hair) and everything else lacking the same kind of fine-tuning.
The clothing looks like it was hastily brushed in some areas, along with most of everything else below the neck.
