Description
Odette planned her next photo session carefully. The key was to find a pair of comfortable bracelets, so that her wrist would not suffer during and after the session. She was surely used to the standard cuffs she used in the previous shooting, but the camera setup process left pretty unpleasant bruises on Odette's wrists. She inspected her collection of handcuffs trying to find something suitable for her endeavor. After rejecting all rigid and hinged cuffs along with belly chains, she ended up with two pairs. One was a pair of leather cuffs secured with individual padlocks and connected with a couple of steel links. That was her favorite special occasion restrain. The cuffs were very comfortable to wear but they were designed in such a way, that a user could only secure them on her in front of her. Odette's husband always helped her with this pair before they go out. She could not take them off being restrained behind. She had known that "feature" but gave it a battle to put them on behind. And she failed.
Another pair was made of 5/16" steel sheet. These cuffs were 1.5" wide connected with a swivel. They were pretty heavy, but also comfortable to wear. They were advertised as "Never let your R-compliance to fail. Design by a woman for women." In reality "never fail" meant that the bracelets can be easily and quickly locked on a woman's wrists with locks hidden inside the plate, but the mutual positions of the key holes and and connecting swivel prevented the wearer from unlocking the cuffs. It could be done with someone else's help.
Though Odette hated to be depended on anyone for development of her fashion blog, she gave up and chose the "Never fail R-compliance" option. It was better then standard cuffs jaws crushing her wrists during camera setup. She knew that she had to remain restrained in her house till her husband got back home. That is why she looked a bit sad in the image. Her husband was unaware and had business meetings pretty late. When he finally came back home, Odette met him on her knees begging to take the bracelets off. Since then she never wore these cuffs by will.
