The design of this fantastic creature looks very cool, especially the starry wings! It is a great and unusual idea and the colouring looks really beautiful! I also like that the dragon (is it a dragon?) holds a cup of tea : - ) That makes the picture look so nice and cosy : - ) Great job!

Thank you so much! This fellow has been around since '04 and has gone through so many iterations, albeit always with the same base design of having a half-skull with raptorial feet, feathery-membraneous wings, and a scythe-like or bladed tail. This original sketch that this was done on is actually fairly old, though the colors are new as it is a revamp from the original over here:
That said he is not a dragon nor draconic, though I can imagine how the facial form would give that idea. He's from an original species of mine that had a horrendous name, one which 12 year old me thought was utterly brilliant (Blood Draekyn) and 27 me just cringes hard at. Still trying to figure out their new one, given I have already revamped my Natavathi and Eldara, but that is an agonizingly slow process...
