This was done upon request by Okura It is of his character Okura and his little sister Tiare playing.I apologize for the quality of the scan, I had trouble overlapping it, I may upload a better scan at a later date.

Practice. There are a few tutorials on this site from other people, if you search it

It can be computer paper, or you can grab any kind of drawing paper in the store.

Oh, well print out a picture you want to draw, and use a ruler to put a grid on it with one inch spacing, or bigger if you want horizontally and vertically. Then repeat the same size grid and spacing on a plain piece of paper, and use the grid lines on the picture and match them up with the ones on the plain paper to help you draw (hopefully I'm not confusing, and did you try looking up some tutorials?)

Woah, you're such a lovely pencil artist too...very beautiful, the light shimmering on them from the surface makes it look very realistic and very good shading. You're very good with detail :>

I also cannot see a picture. When I wanted to press the full view button I accidently pushed the favourite button. Try to remove it and upload it again maybe it will work then.
