I love this picture. It brings out a view of Pinkie you hardly every see in fan art. It is so beautiful.

In an impressionist type of style you should mind the direction of the brushstrokes. For example the light ray, it is aligned with the others. And it's a bit too much. Don't be on a rush(which looks like it sorry), since art takes time.
I'm not saying it's bad(why would I?), it just needs order.
