So I was incredibly bored and decided to colorize my favortie Abarat character, Christopher Carrion. However I decided to make him slightly more human-ish.The nightmare collar still remains though.

Lovely in deed more humanish than Clive's version...and Clive has already written most of the book...but we know Clive isn't satisfied until the final version pleases him.
And I so hated the ending of book 2, I refuses to believe what was implied, I keep hoping, unless live himself writes it down ending and crushing my hopes for books 3,4 and 5.

And I agree with you about the ending of the book. *bites nails nervously* I refuse to believe it, because Candy survived, so he HAS to also! Someone wrote on Wiki "Carrion is shown dying in the second book, after a power struggle with his grandmother" and I was like NO THAT'S NOT TRUE! He is ALIVE! He HAS to be!
Did you ever read RedStocking's (amazing!!!!) fanfiction 10 Million Stars? THAT is how I would have totally LOVED for the second book to end.

Yes I actually read it and I completely agree! Though there is hope left...we've seen that unless Clive literally writes the word down, you should count the char out. After all little miss perfect was supposed to be dead and she still holds a major part in the story...
And I truly don't think that Clive would cut off his most beloved character like that Carrion has to go out goliriously, but rather not at all.
I await his imminent return. For I do not trust Boa at all...especially not when her former hubby is so near....and in order for dear chris to redeem somewhat he needs to help Candy kick her out...

Wow that would make it such an amazing book: He helps her kick out Boa and then ChrisXCandy all the way. I'm in denial. I think its the Boa in her that's telling her to hate him.
And of course, Carrion needs to come back to A) punch his grandmother out, and B) Give Finnegan a roundhouse kick to his pretty little face.

I am not much of a finnegan fan...but then again the pretty boy can't help it...but why slay dragons...that's just unforgiving.
