I just started reading the Percy Jackson series a few weeks ago. It's nice to have something to fill in the void left by finishing The Hunger Games earlier this year (Last year? This year?) This is a scene from Sea of Monsters when Annabeth gets a make over and Percy gets turned into a gerbil. I just really wanted the excuse to draw Annabeth glammed up and sparkly.EDIT: I know, Percy gets turned into a guinea pig, not a gerbil. Thanks for the corrections.

She looks beautiful all glammed and sparkly! This was a really cute scene in the book, you drew it perfectly. Plus I'm glad someone actually made Annabeth as pretty as I imagine her!

Oh, haha, that's exactly the same way I felt after finishing the Hunger Games, so I picked up the Lightning Thief and read the series in 6 days. Love the way Annabeth looks here, and I absolutely LOL'd at this part i n the book, too. Nice! <3

ive read all the books including the lost hero, but i only read half of this second one. Im sad now that i missed an amazing guinea pig scene! Im going to read that book now ^^
