Description
I left the title as it is cause I honestly don't know what to title this without it sounding stupid. The cat itself doesn't have a name yet, I just randomly designed it as I colored...lol.This one took a few hours at most, and I worked on it for about 3 days. Also as I said before, the eye style...it is different from everything else I've animated up until now. Still don't know if it was a good idea though, to be honest these are actually a little harder for me to draw, and I have to redraw it several times before I feel like it's presentable.
Oh. yes, since this is a new and completely random(original) cat, I guess this will be added to my OC collection. If anyone wants to borrow it, be my guest.

Um when i try and color in the outline turns a little more faded and i have to go through each layer over and over again

Uhmm, I'm quite sure there is nothing wrong with the gif that could cause that to happen. What program are you using?

Are you using the photoshop timeline to look at each individual frame?

I look at each layer and make them the same as the last frame i do, after that i go on an animating website where i animate the icon, however i need to be able to finish without tracing since it takes quite a long time

I'm actually still not really sure what you mean by "fades"
Can you screenshot how it's happening?
I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to fade, you might also want to check to make sure that your layer opacity and brush/fill bucket opacity are at 100. Sometimes you can accidentally trigger a shortcut key to lower opacity.

Ohhh. Yea, that's because you checked the anti-alias on your fill bucket. Just uncheck that and everything will be fine. Also, when working with something as small as a 50x50, you might as well just use the pencil tool to color it out.

Coloring with pencil may take longer but that you so much for the advice :3

I don't know of any sites that let you edit individual frames of a gif. You have to download it and edit it in an art software.
