This isn't how she imagined it would happen.
She had always thought her first child would come after a beautiful wedding, filled with friends, family, laughter and congratulations.
That her child would be protected, surrounded by guards and stags whose duty it was to protect them.
Not here. Not like this...
Hormones had gotten the better of her and now she felt the gentle pulse of her daughters magics reaching back to her.
The happiness she felt was so bittersweet. In one hand she would be a mother, in another...
