I LOVE THIS! So cute! It reminds me of my kitty that lost his arm due to cancer.. >.< It's hard to think about it. He is a Black and white maine coon with green eyes.. Love that furry lump of fur.

This is a great picture, and I really like it!
The look on the face of the kitty fits so well! "My fish, *chomp*, *heart*" what a playful yet open look.
The way the eyes are drawn to be the most prominent part of the cat is really well done, and fits really well with the fur coloration. The way the whiskers provide some white contrast is also quite nice.
One thing you might want to work on, the snow (?) white dots in the top right feel more like static. It might work better if you spaced them out a bit more, perhaps with more variability in terms of size.
