I know for certain the first issue will be available at San Diego Comic con. After that, probably online. I'm really not sure how it's going to play out.

Paint tool Sai. I don't like Manga studio. It's really user-unfriendly.
That and I like using the vector tools Sai has for straight lines and background buildings. Being able to change the line width at points really helps.

I used to use an intuos3 6x8, until it got damaged and a good friend sent me an intuos 4s.

Not too terribly odd. I did a short but in-depth study on drawing them when I did the second page of the comic - grabbed up as many anatomy references as I could and used them, and the knowledge stuck.
That and it's easy to remember all the bits and bobs in there - just run your tongue over your own and count after studying them.

Thanks! I'm trying to vary them and make them even more expressive, at least subtly expressive. There's so many little jigs and tweaks the face makes for expressing things that it's hard to keep track of them all.
