A proper reff. for my sweetie!
I love this little beauty.. it's weird; the love I have for this character I made when I was like 11 or 12 years old.
She will be 10 years old this December.. how crazy!
And I have literally changed nothing about her design in that time.. I mean obviously. You can tell she was made by child
I KNOW, a tattoo that changes? lololol.. but, I did use to make her tattoo numbers change with my age, since when I made her I made her tattoo my age. but I just usually just do XVII or XVIII

I use paint and it looks no where near as good hahah TELL ME YOUR SECRETS XD

and.. I draw on MSPaint, a HUGE .png file, like this one was 3500x2000 pixels.
And I usually color them in MSPaint, as well, it's quicker for me (is-lazy)
Then when I bring it to PSP-X I soften all the edges, and when I finally resize it, the lines look so soft and un-pixelated by that time that you can barely tell!
But yes, that's the "secret", drawing HUGE, then making it tiny-er!
