Very good! It does look like Yoko, so very awesome for your first time drawing her. John's shirt looks really good, too. I like how the stripes are messy.

This is my favourite of all the speed paintings, because c'mon, man... JOHN'N'YOKO. I love his shirt and I love her furry coat and I love how you did the background, since it's just as big an aspect as the figures. The distant trees and the scrub/rock they're sitting on look DAMN FINE.

Heehee! John's shirt is TEH BEST. I'm sure I'd like Yoko's coat more if I weren't sure it was genuine something-or-other. SPEED PAINTING FROM PHOTOS IS GREAT. It makes you really try things that probably wouldn't come to mind otherwise, and you notice things about the way things look, if that makes sense, by sorta deconstructing an image... simplifying. Yet still realism. Reducing things down. It's the best. PLUS? I'm actually finally getting around to warming to Yoko! I've made it my mission to rid myself of certain pointless dislikes/aversions I have that have poor foundations. I mean I'm still not a total fan, just 'cause when I actually look at most of her stuff it's not my taste, but I can finally kinda see her as a human being with some strong qualities. I feel that this is progress.
